Litti-chokha is a traditionally complete meal from the regions like Bhojpur and Magadh of India that consists of hot litti balls and chokha, a mashed vegetable dish generally consists of Potatoes, Tomatoes and Brinjals.It is also served with chutney and sabji.

In Bihar there is a fare called “Litti- Bhanta mela” which is held in Buxar and also held in Varanasi(Uttar-Pradesh).The history of Litti is deeply rooted in the Bhojpur region .Both the Panchkosi Jatra and the Lota-Bhanta Mela are significant cultural and religious events in these regions which highlights the ritualistic importance of Litti.

Litti is generally madeup of  whole wheat flour dough ball stuffed with a spiced mixture of sattu, a roasted gram flour that's high in protein and fiber. Litti is similar to baati, but the two are totally different.

Chokha is madeup of  mashed vegetable dish, sometimes made with eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes and brinjals.
