Announced by Hon’ble CM of Bihar Nitish Kumar in Vaishali district where he inaugurated the library and said that in every Panchayat there will be a Didi ki Library .This was announced during his Pragati yatra.Jeevika Didis also  requested him to open this type of library in every panchayat.CM directed every District magistrates in Bihar for this and Chief secretary asked the proposals from Jeevika Didis.
